Clutterbusters!! started in 2002 and is the premier organizing company and one of the leading innovators in the organizing profession. Bonded and insured, all of our organizers are also covered by workers comp insurance and background checked. We specialize in large and difficult jobs where many hours of organizing may be required. We can have one organizer come out and work with you or a team!! (2-10 organizers). Organizing is a very specialized skill requiring a unique attention to detail and the needs of the person or persons that are being assisted. All of our Clutterbusters!! Certified Organizers are educated and proficient in the psychology of getting organized. We have done over 20,000 hours of organizing!!

During this call you'll respond to questions that will help us assess the needs of your project and to define how to best serve you. We'll discuss the areas to be organized and what the goals are. It is also a chance for you to get to know us and ask whatever questions you might have concerning Clutterbusters!! services. |
Hands-On Organizing: |
|
A Clutterbusters!! organizer will physically help you with your decluttering and organization, whether it is working side by side with you or independently. Working as a team with us will help make the experience of getting organized more enjoyable. Clutterbusters!! approach is based in sensitivity to your needs, discretion to maintain your privacy and respect for your possessions. Your outcome will be an organized and clutter free space. You'll receive guidance and motivation until your project is complete.
There is a Four hour minimum for hands-on appointments, so that we’ll have enough time to really get a project started/completed. |

Clutterbusters!! offers a maintenance program especially for clients who want someone else to keep up with their organizing projects. We have a special rate for maintenance which is less than our normal fee |

Supply Shopping: |
|
Purchasing containers and other organizing supplies is the last step of the organizing process. Before purchasing supplies, we must first determine which items are most important to you, which you need easiest access to, and what can go. Once we've sorted and purged, we'll assign a space for each item. This is the point at which supplies or shelving should be purchased. We can either leave you with a supply shopping list or we're happy to do the shopping for you at our hourly rate. |

Cancellation Policy - Clutterbusters!! organizers are in high demand and we schedule their appointments a week or more in advance. Because of the irreplaceable time that is lost if there is a cancellation without adequatenotice, in the event of failure to give at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment or if you are not present when we arrive, there is a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to two hours of organizing at our Clutter Eradicator rate. This fee will be paid over to the organizer.

All packages of 6 hours or less are paid at the applicable hourly rate at the end of each visit either by credit card or by check. If you fail to inform us of your preference, we will charge the credit card on file at the end of each visit.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or performance, or if there is any damage to your property or possessions alleged to be caused by our organizer, please notify us at the earliest opportunity, at 1-866-CLUTTER (866-258-8837). All claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of discovery, and must be reported to the organizer if they are still present at the project location at the time of the damage. If liable for the damage, Clutterbusters!! may either replace the item or pay its fair market value, at its discretion. Clients must complete a General Damage Claim Form prior to reimbursement.
