1. On Time. We will arrive at your location, ready for action!
2. Preliminary Consultation. We will evaluate the problem areas, explain our plan to eliminate the clutter, and give you an estimate of the time it will take.
3. Non-judgmental. Our organizers have literally seen it all. There is absolutely nothing that will shock or surprise them. In fact, the greater the challenge, the more we like to roll up our sleeves and jump right in. We take our motto seriously--We ain't afraid of no mess!
4. Competence. All of our organizers go through the Clutterbusters!! written training program, and are then sent out on preliminary assignments, where they are evaluated by senior organizers to ensure they meet our demanding standards. If they qualify at the field level, they receive a Messters Degree? which allows them to go out individually. We methodically seek feedback from our clients to ensure we're exceeding their expectations.
5. Discretion. We recognize that we may encounter personal and private information in the course of our work. Our organizers adhere to a strict confidentiality policy which states that everything that transpires between them and you must be kept completely confidential.
6. Courtesy. You can expect to be treated with courtesy, and your concerns will be addressed with patience.
7. Integrity. Our organizers undergo background and reference checks to help ensure their integrity is unquestionable. We are also insured and bonded.
8. Respect. We respect your decisions and honor your wishes throughout the organizing process.
9. Product Recommendations. We are well-informed about the advantages of using certain products to help keep things organized. We can recommend certain items that could be purchased on your own, or through the Clutterbusters!! product website (Click Here). You have no obligation to buy, and there is never any pressure for you to buy anything should you choose not to do so.
10. Conclude the assignment. After we finish, we will arrange for donation pickups, help prepare lists of items for charitable deduction purposes, and arrange for pickups of large items or items that cannot be taken to curbside pickup (additional costs may apply).
